iPhone management FAQ

What is an iPhone MDM?

The service that configures a company's iPhones remotely: settings, apps, iOS updates, locking and erasing. Flot is an iPhone MDM hosted in Switzerland.

Can an MDM read my messages or photos?

No. Apple does not give MDMs that access: Flot sees the device inventory (model, version, managed apps), never messages, photos or browsing history.

How much does managing an iPhone with Flot cost?

Can I manage iPhones already in use?

Yes: link enrollment works on an iPhone that is already set up. For full supervision, Apple Business Manager lets you reassign them to Flot.
