Frequently asked questions
Do I need Apple Business Manager?
Not to get started: enrollment by link is enough. Apple Business Manager is recommended to supervise devices and enroll them automatically, and Flot connects to it.
Where is the data hosted?
In Switzerland, servers and backups included. Devices only talk to Flot and to Apple (push notifications, updates).
Can I try it first?
Yes: the trial is free for 30 days, with every Pro feature and no credit card. We can also enroll your first devices with you during a demo.
What if I leave?
You remove management from the devices in the console; your data is deleted at the end of the contract. No minimum term.
