Yes. Apple supports device management on visionOS: enrollment, app installation, updates, restrictions and remote erase. Flot uses these mechanisms as it does for iPhone and iPad.

Can I install in-house apps on a Vision Pro?

Yes: a visionOS app signed for your organization is delivered by Flot to the headsets of the chosen group, without the App Store.
